What is required for me to make a reservation?
You can choose your package and send us a reservation request . To ensure our availability for the date of your event, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid at any time at least 30 days before your event. If your event is postponed to a later date, we can apply payment to a new date at no additional cost depending on our availability.
Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?
Yes! Our attendants are highly skilled in the art of the modern photo booth. They will arrive 60-90 minutes before your time, set up and take down the photobooth, help your guests, email photos and GIF videos ready to post on social media. Our attendants ensure that your guests have a memorable experience at your event.
What kinds of props are provided ?
We will bring a collection of curated props for you and your guests to enjoy. We have lots of fun signs, stylish hats, stellar goggles, to name a few. We are constantly researching for the best accessories and often change our selection. Choices will vary depending on the theme of your event and the chosen package .
Can you take black & white photos ?
Yes ! For events that want the vintage, classic look of black and white, we have our modern black and white filters. We have options for color, black and white or both. Just be sure to mention it and we will be able to do it for you.
What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?
Our booth space requires a minimum area of 10' x 10' , a minimum height of 7'11'' for the backdrop.
A power outlet should be within 30 feet and the floor should be level.
We will also need a table for accessories.
If you have an outdoor location, a suitable shelter from direct sun, rain and wind will need to be provided.
Where can guests access the photos and how will I receive the photos after the event?
Within 48 hours following the event, your guests can access event photos via the web gallery. We will also email you a link to our HD download gallery where you can get all your photos with a provided download PIN.
